Three days in a row! Could it be?

Could this be the beginning of Nick maintaining his blog?!?!

I doubt it..

Today I was supposed to get lunch with Teens and Lils. But there was a miscommunication and somehow we ended up not getting lunch this week. Flunk.

Anyways, the missed lunch made me think of where we had lunch last. Which was Monahan's. Which reminded me that I have pictures of the time I went to Monahan's with Meesh. So I uploaded them to my computer and realized I must blog about it. Fresh sea urchin has got to be about the coolest thing to eat ever.

The guy at Monahan's said that they rarely get shipments of them because they have to come fresh and are expensive to freight by themselves. But we were lucky that day because someone else ordered a large shipment and so they had extras!

We decided to order it after the server racially profiled us as possible customers for this seemingly grotesque meal. He was actually very nice though and was thoroughly excited that we were going to eat his sea urchin. He prepared it for us on rice (which was completely the wrong kind of rice) and got us chopsticks and soy sauce.

It was not Taiko-quality sea urchin, but 600 miles from the nearest coast, I was not complaining. It was delicious!

Dealbroken

Per request, here are some friendship dealbreakers:

1. Friends that don't maintain their blogs.
2. Friends that are neighbors but don't sign for neighbors' packages.
3. Friends that drink too much coffee/coke.
4. Friends that don't drink enough coffee/coke.

MON MON MON!!

Some people eat to live, but I definitely live to eat. This weekend I celebrated my mother's 25th year of hard work (putting up with me, no doubt!) by stuffing my face with my close friends. I couldn't have had it any better!

On Friday night I went with the guys to Seoul Garden:

Saturday Brunch the family went to Zingermans Roadhouse:

Nick the IT guy

I've been fixing computers since my brother brought home our very first, an Apple IIc. Since then, I have burnt four processors (no joke, smoking and on fire), installed six different operating systems, created an eight-disk raid drive (0+1, speed+reliability), and overclocked a 1.6 ghz to 2.6 on watercooling.

Truth be told, I'm not a computer whiz. I just like to play with things. Computers parts are like giant lego pieces to me.

In my experience, around only 10 percent of computer problems stem from hardware issues. And of that 10 percent, about 95 percent are hard drive related. I'm hoping Lily's Vaio SR190 (you need a nickname for this badboy) is a hard drive problem, because honestly, I dont really know how to fix any other hardware problems.

Anyways, I took pictures of the process for those that are interested (ie., lily and tina)
